Why Join the PTA?
Joining the PTA is one of the easiest ways to make a positive impact on your child’s school experience. Whether you have lots of time to volunteer or simply want to stay informed, PTA membership helps support programs, events, teacher resources, and opportunities that benefit all students.
As a PTA member, you can:
- Stay connected to what’s happening at school
- Support events, programs, and enrichment opportunities for students
- Advocate for students, families, and teachers
- Meet other parents and build community
- Share your ideas and help make a difference
- Participate as much—or as little—as your schedule allows
The best part? Joining the PTA does not require volunteering. Membership simply shows your support and helps strengthen our school community.

PTA is an annual membership that begins July 1st. Membership expires June 30th and must be repurchased each year.
Becoming a PTA member support programs and events that make our school the very best it can be! While we want everyone to get the same communications, only registered members can vote for or run for the PTA board.
When you join the ARES PTA, your membership dues primarily support ARES, and a small percentage goes to the state and national PTA organizations, where it is used to advocate for child education laws and policies.
Dues: $15/per person or $25/per family (2 voting members)
